Electromechanical operator for intensive and industrial use suitable for big gates, composed by a die-cast aluminium block, painted in epoxy powder housing an electric motor (singlephase or three-phase) and a mechanical reducer.
The operator works in oil bath in order to avoid maintenance works. The transmission shaft and worm gear are made in steel, the helicoidal gear is made in spheroidal cast iron. The mechanical clutch guarantees an anti-crushing security and the emergency release system is operated through a lever with a keylock.
The control board is enclosed by a thick ABS cover.
